Hasan Rashid Qamar, ASC, Managing Partner of the Firm, completed his early education at Army Burn Hall College, Abbottabad. He subsequently pursued his legal studies in the United Kingdom, obtaining his LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London and the University of Warwick. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice (OXILP), UK, affiliated with the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University.
Mr. Qamar was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts in 2010 and was elevated as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 2020. He brings over 13 years of extensive experience in legal practice, with a diverse portfolio of litigation and advisory work.
He hails from Mandira, Gujar Khan, and maintains strong ties with both the local community and the legal fraternity in the region, actively contributing to their development and engagement.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Qamar has successfully completed Mediation Training and Assessment from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and is a CIArb Accredited Mediator. He is duly enrolled and notified on the panel of mediators for ADR and Mediation Centres by the Government of Pakistan and is also recognized as a mediator by the Hon’ble Islamabad High Court.
